To all of the many developers and other advisors that spoke with me at GDC 2011,

Thank you for your great tips and suggestions! With the helpful advice you have given, I will now be able to create my initial resume and portfolio, astutely catered towards my current goal as a generalist game programmer.

I hope to have an initial resume and portfolio completed by the end of March. But to be fair, as I mentioned to most of you at the conference, I will initially not yet be actively marketting myself with that limited skillset and level of experience. Thus, that first impression in the initial draft is not a properly quantified measure of the value I could contribute as an employee for you one day. Rather, think of it as a marker of potential.

Please also feel free to check back within the next six to twelve months as my skillset grows and the list of projects with which I have been involved increases as well.
